Note: The registration fee covers the meeting materials and lunch. Banquet on Oct 15th is optional with additional charge.
Registration Procedures:
Please register through our conference website. You will receive a registration confirmation letter (email) within 7 business days. When attending the meeting, please present the confirmation letter to the staff to receive meeting materials and meal vouchers.
Abstract Submissions:
Abstract from Postdocs/Students are highly encouraged. Please download the word template below and following the instructions. When finished, please log in and click on the “abstract submission button” to upload the file.
There will be poster competition. Awardees will be selected by the scientific committee and presented at the meeting closing ceremony!
Deadline for Abstract Submission: Oct 4th, 2016.
Payment:
You can choose one of the two options below for payment:
(1) Online Payment
Please click on the “Individual Registration” button on the right and finish the registration process following the instructions. When your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please be aware that the online system will be CLOSED after Oct 4th, 2016. Please contact us directly if you have any issues.
(2) Onsite Payment
You can also choose to pay the conference onsite. Our staff will help you to process the payment and finish registration there.
